📚 1. Lessons & Packages

• Lessons are offered as single sessions or in pre-paid packages (5 or 10 lessons).

• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless agreed otherwise.

• Lessons can take place online or in person (Harrogate/Knaresborough area).

💸 2. Payment

• Payment is due in advance of the lesson or at the time of booking a package.

• I accept payment via bank transfer (details will be provided). Cash is accepted but I prefer bank transfer.

• Package prices are discounted and non-refundable once started, except in special circumstances.

⏰ 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You can reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice—just get in touch by email, message, or WhatsApp.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged or counted as used from your package.

• If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll give as much notice as possible and offer a replacement time.

👩‍🏫 4. What’s Included

• 1:1 lessons are tailored to your level and goals, and may include conversation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and writing.

• Group sessions are structured around themes and include conversation, vocabulary, and light grammar/dictation.

• A-Level support and translation services are customised per request.

📂 5. Confidentiality & Data

• Any personal information you provide is kept confidential and handled according to my Privacy Policy.

• I will never share your information without your consent.

⚖️ 6. My Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue lessons in cases of inappropriate behaviour, missed payments, or misuse of my services.
